Postdoctoral Position American Foundation Scholarship in Tropical marine coastal zone ecology


American Foundation Scholarship postdoctor is expected to conduct research in connection with any of the above projects and will work with the group in the department of marine Ecotoxicology. Administration, supervision of M.Sc. students and teaching can be inserted up to 20% of the time.

Qualification Requirements
American Foundation Scholarship With postdoctor we are used primarily to conduct research and who have a PhD or equivalent. They must receive their PhD in three years before the application deadline, unless there are special circumstances which must be taken into account. Maybe this is sick, leave, trade union or similar tasks.

Grounds for assessment
American Foundation Scholarship Applications will be judged particularly on the grounds of scientific rigorousness, practical experience of working in tropical developing countries and how well the applicant can be integrated in ongoing projects. Teaching experience will also be judged.

Terms of employment
This American Foundation Scholarship is a full time position for a maximum of one year, with the possibility for extension if there are special circumstances. The start date is July 1, 2011, if not agreed otherwise.
